Helen has worked as a counsellor & therapist for 25 years & has extensive experience as a public clinician & private therapist in adult psychiatry, child, adolescent & family mental health. She has a creative flair & uses her in-depth experience & training in Systemic & Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Psychodrama, Sociodrama, & Role Training to design & facilitate innovative group & team training programs. Helen is a qualified educator & draws upon her understanding of child development, pedagogy, edification & adult learning processes to support participants to develop to their full potential.
Helen is a certified Equine Assisted Psychotherapist and is well qualified in both roles of Mental Health Professional & Equine Specialist in the EAGALA Team Model approach. Helens background in the equine field extends over 20 years & includes studies in Equine Management, Advanced Training & Horse Breeding at Glenormiston Agricultural College & working at Equestrian Facilities as a Riding Instructor.
Helens passion for the creative use of human-horse dynamics to promote growth & development abounds in her enthusiasm & dedication to her work. Gill Goodman

Gill is a registered psychiatric nurse and family therapist with nearly 30 years experience in working with individuals and families.
Originally from Wales U.K. where she qualified and worked in both metropolitan and rural settings within the National Health Service, she then emigrated to New Zealand.
Gill spent 10 years working as a clinician and project manager across a variety of out patient services within Auckland, specialising in family therapy and with specific interests in youth health and eating disorders.
She then moved to Australia and after travelling around for a 6 month sabbatical, settled in Geelong, where she has lived and worked for over 12 years.
Gill has continued to work within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, has managed an out patient service specialising in eating disorders, and is currently employed as an allied health professional with the G.P.Association of Geelong delivering focused psychotherapy for youth and young adults.
She has extensive experience in family and group work and has presented at national and international conferences on eating disorders. Gill has also obtained Public Health support through Barwon Health to conduct research involving offering E.A.P. to youth in a public mental health setting.
Gills interest in horses is lifelong, she has owned many horses over the years and currently competes at Dressage with her horse Hobbit.
She has completed both Levels 1 and 2 of the E.A.G.A.L.A. training, both in New Zealand and Australia and is keen to continue her advanced accreditation within the field of E.A.P.
