WELCOME TO EAP AUSTRALIA

Our programs use Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning as Powerful Tools for Change.
We provide professional innovative programs that enable individuals, groups and teams to build on their strengths and own resources to discover solutions that work best for them. We use horses as partners in a creative process of self discovery and awareness to promote learning, growth and change.
What is
Equine
Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning - E.A.P.

?
Equine
Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) incorporates horses experientially for
emotional growth and learning. It is a collaborative
partnership between a registered therapist and a horse
professional working with clients and horses to address
treatment goals. We work with children, youth and adults.
EAP
is an experiential modality
of mental health treatment. It involves setting up
activities with horses which require the client or group to
apply certain skills. Non verbal communication,
